Occupation: I've been a full time fitness professional for almost two decades
Interesting Fact: I was in the lane next to Matt, in the final event of the 2008 CrossFit Games, when the "Murski rule" was born
Why do I coach?: It's just what I love to do. It started because I love working out, and the fact that other people can benefit from the knowledge I've acquired is increcibly rewarding. Not much more to it than that.
What's your current fitness goal?: I was 44 when our daughter was born. I workout because I don't want her to only remember me as an old man.
