  • What are your operating hours?

    We are open when operating classes throughout the day. View our class schedule here. However we offer Hybrid AF access which allows members to access the gym 24/7. This is included in the membership rate for Unlimited and Open Gym plans.

  • What memberships do you offer?

    Our memberships are month-to-month contracts and are billed on the first of each month:

    • Unlimited CrossFit 
    • 2 classes per week 
    • 10 class pack punch card 
    • Open gym access only  

  • Do you have personal trainers?

    Yes, our certified personal trainers offer one-on-one sessions, small-group training, and custom fitness plans for all experience levels. Each trainer sets their own personal rate.


  • What amenities do you offer?

    • Amenities include:
    • Group fitness classes
    • Open gym space for individuals 
    • Platforms for lifting
    • 24/7 Access
    • Two bathrooms 
    • Water fountains
    • Guest Wi-Fi
    • Retail drinks and apparel 
    • Kids center (it is not managed)

  • What group classes do you offer?

    • We offer a wide variety, including:
    • CrossFit
    • Hyrox 
    • Just Sweat
    • Barbell Club
    • Yoga 
    • Silver Lions
    • Teens Strength and Conditioning
  • How do I sign up for classes?

    Once you have a membership, classes are booked through our Wodify app. We ask that you reserve class before arriving at the gym so the coach can prepare accordingly.

  • How do I get started

    You can fill out the contact form here! One of our managers will be in touch with you shortly to set up an introduction and discuss the best route to getting started! 


  • Do you offer childcare services?

    No we do not offer childcare services but we offer a space where children can safely sit and play.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Memberships can be canceled through email to info@the12labours.com. We require 2 weeks’ notice—please review your membership agreement for details. All memberships are month to month.

  • What should I bring to the gym?

    We recommend:

    • Comfortable workout clothing
    • Water bottle
    • Clean indoor athletic shoes
    • Positive attitude 

  • Is the gym beginner-friendly?

    Absolutely. We welcome all fitness levels, and our staff is always happy to help you get started with equipment or workouts. We offer specific beginner sessions called foundations to make sure you are staying safe, injury free, and seeing the results you want!


    You can also try out a class for free in Columbia or in Annapolis. This class is specifically designed for beginners!
