New to CrossFit?

This is process we have for all new athletes coming to 12 Labours CrossFit with no previous CrossFit experience. Over years of experience we have found this to be the most successful process for the athlete. It gives us 1 on 1 time with the athlete to develop not only skill, but also time to understand the athletes goals. Building this foundation is vital in the athletes journey towards a healthier lifestyle, and we believe this is the best approach for beginners. If you have previous CrossFit Experience and still want to go through this foundations program, just contact us and we can walk you through the details.

Here is our process to Get Started!

 
 

 

Step 1 - Free 1 on 1 Intro

Our first step in the process is signing up for a Free 1 on 1 introductory consult with one of our coaches. This session is for us to learn about each other. What your background is, your goals, and your overall fitness capacity. 

This 60-minute session helps you learn about 12 Labours and also helps us develop a plan for you based off of skill level, experience, and other needs. You'll also get to experience a short CrossFit style workout.

There is no obligation with the Free Introductory Class, its sole purpose is to give you 1 on 1 time with a coach to learn more about our program, and experience it first hand.

Step 2 - Foundations Package - $240

Once the Introductory class is completed, our coaches will develop a suggested plan to get you started at 12 Labours. This includes 4 one hour long personal training sessions that will teach basic CrossFit skills and movements, and 2 weeks of a Free Unlimited Membership to test out classes after your Foundations Package is complete! 

We have found this foundations program to be extremely important in teaching new athletes correct movement patterns, scaling options, and group class flow to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition to the next step. 

Step 3 - You are now ready!

Once your foundations are complete you are now ready to attend our CrossFit Group classes. We do not have levels for classes as this training program is universally scaleable. All 12 Labours classes are run by one of our qualified training staff to ensure safety and consistent coaching.

If at any time you would still like to work with your coach 1 on 1 to fine tune skills/movements, you can absolutely schedule more foundations classes with that coach.
