Just Sweat is a simple, effective training program designed to remove barriers and make movement accessible to everyone. It uses minimal equipment, straightforward movements, and an intentionally low barrier to entry—no advanced skills, heavy weights, or complex techniques required. The goal is simple: show up, move consistently, and work hard.
Workouts typically last 20–30 minutes, long enough to elevate heart rate, build muscular endurance, and create a true training effect. Sessions are designed to keep you moving, producing an honest sweat without unnecessary complexity. Movements are repeatable and easy to learn, allowing participants to focus on effort rather than execution.
The program is fully scalable. Beginners can move at a comfortable pace and build confidence, while more experienced athletes can increase intensity to make each session more challenging. Everyone trains together, meeting themselves where they are on any given day.
