Pricing Made Simple. No Contracts.
Fitness is hard, we believe the pricing should be the easy part. All of our memberships are month to month, meaning we believe in our product. If you need to cancel for whatever reason just give us 15 days notice to make it happen. Again we believe in the product we offer, and don't want anyone to feel like they are getting locked in to a contract.
Step 1 - Foundations
$240 - 4 Personal Training Sessions
If you do not have any CrossFit Experience, then Foundations is the place for you. We believe that taking the time up front to work on technique and skill pay dividends later on. It also gives us time to work with you 1 on 1 for four personal training sessions to better understand your needs and goals. Once these personal training sessions are completed, you have access to 2 weeks of free classes to help you decide what membership you want.
Step 2 - Choose Your Membership
2x a Week
2x/week CrossFit Classes
The membership of choice for beginners just starting out, allowing them to ease into the program without overtraining. We monitor how the athlete feels during these beginning stages and talk through when we feel the client is ready for more classes.
This is also a popular membership for those that use CrossFit to supplement other training like Triathlons, Jiu Jitsu, etc.
All Access Membership
This membership gets you unlimited CrossFit classes, Open gym access, etc at both our Columbia and Annapolis locations. If you are looking to train more than twice a week this is the membership for you.
Open Gym Access
Have your own programming you follow, or get personalized programming from one of our coaches but still need a top notch facility to train at, then we got you covered. Open Gym access allows you time to train during any of our scheduled Open Gym Hours.
